When I was young, I found that designing and creating things through art was a helpful means to illustrate and explain my complicated ideas in a manner for everyone to see and understand. Throughout high school and college, I continued building and developing my artistic and graphic design skills, applying them to a multitude of different projects. My skills eventually took me to great heights, as I graduated from Northern Kentucky University in May of 2025 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design.

​The need to make and design for me stems from the source of everything: ideas. To leave an idea as simply a passing thought does not do it justice for me, especially if it is an idea that may change everything. This relates directly with my thought process, in where I recognize simple idea, attempt to fully understand its meaning, see how I can translate it into reality, and finally making it into a full-fledged piece. This portfolio represents that tangibility, with examples of my personality and ideas as a creator. I focus on making work with a simple and concise methodology, with detail that is overlain onto it but does not detract from the main subject matter. I believe that no matter the medium, art should be reflective of the maker while challenging the viewer.
